1. Ensure proper application and implementation of HR policies and achievement/maintenance of high standards of HR practices through providing professional advice and guidance to employees on all HR
related issues.
2. Partake in developing the HR strategy in compliance with the overall company’s objectives.
3. Instigate/preserve robust relationships with external agencies/service providers to provide high quality HR services across the business while promoting externally the image of the company.
4. Prepare management information reports in order to ensure that his/her direct manager has the relevant information needed to support strategic decision-making.
5. Support the continuous HR provision/standards development by contributing to the development and/or implementation of functional/ corporate projects.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Buisness, Administration.
2. 4 years of experience in a similar field
3. Fluency in English
4. Proficiency in MS Office
