| Дополнительная информация | A Eurasian Law Firm with many years of experience and which is a leader in legal advising to major foreign and Kazakhstani firms and corporations in various areas including oil & gas, telecommunications, industry, trade and finance, with the intention to extend its Atyrau office is looking for a strong Lawyer in Subsoil Use and Contract Law.
A successful candidate will be a part of the dynamic team and involved in advising the firm’s clients on Subsoil Use and Contract Law issues.
Requirements:
• Strong academic track records (local diploma from a well-regarded university of Kazakhstan).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Profound knowledge of the subsoil use and contract laws as well as of their application by the courts and tax authoritiesauthorised bodies.
• Excellent English (upper-intermediate/advanced level - both oral and written).
• Well-developed analytical and legal writing skills.
• Ability to address problems and offer practical solutions.
• Good team player with strong professional ethics.
• Interest in a long term career in the Firm.
