| Дополнительная информация | We are looking for a young talent to work as an intern at GRATA law firm HR team
The duties will involve:
- Document review, preparing long form HR report.
- Develop and increase candidate’s Data-Base
- Understand industry trends
- Recruitment Market Analysis and Monitoring
- Face to Face interviews with candidates (support function)
- Meeting with Partners to discuss the Job Description and requirements (support function)
- Analyze Job Descriptions
- Search for the position requested: Pre-screening, selecting, interview of new and previous candidates. (Database, Direct-Search, Advertising, Contacts)
- Prepare a recruiter note for each candidate interviewed:
(Check references, collect information about the candidates, and write comments on the candidates interviewed.)
- Discuss the positions, arrange and confirm interviews
- Able to use various reporting instruments as well as online productivity tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent English (advanced level both oral and written)
